摘要
张国骏教授对特发性水肿临床有独到见解,强调心、脾两脏对特发性水肿的治疗具有重要的作用,尤以心阳、脾阳为重中之重。治疗倡导以心脾同治为原则,主以温阳健脾,辅以活血利水,根据兼证随证治之。
Professor ZHANG Guojun has unique views on the clinical idiopathic edema,he emphasizes that heart and spleen play an important role in the treatment of idiopathic edema,especially the heartyang and spleen yang.He also advocates the principle of treating heart and spleen should be together during the treatment,which is mainly warming yang to strengthen spleen,then supplementing activating blood and benefiting water,according to the combination of these syndrome treatments.
