摘要
随着绿色农业理念的兴起,稻鸭种养技术在全国广大稻区进一步推广。通过设计无鸭-不施药、有鸭-不施药、无鸭-施药和有鸭-施药4个处理,小区面积667 m^2;运用投入-产出分析法,并以稻谷收购价和稻米出厂价2种价格,以小区为单位分析4个处理2017和2018年稻田的相对经济效益。结果表明:无鸭-不施药处理投入少,产出值相对较高;无鸭-施药及有鸭-施药处理水稻产量高,表观效益也较好。以2017年为例,无鸭-不施药处理相对经济效益以稻谷收购价和稻米出厂价计,产值分别为1518.30、1603.32元;有鸭-不施药处理因有鸭苗和养护的投入,且水稻产量较低,最终相对经济效益分别为1397.52和1213.17元;无鸭-施药处理虽有农药投入,但水稻产量较高,最终相对经济效益较高,分别为1677.80和1616.66元;有鸭-施药处理有农药和鸭苗的双重投入,虽然稻谷产量较高,且有养鸭产出,但最终相对经济效益只有1461.82和1128.07元。综合而言,从经济效益出发,如果有鸭-不施药处理能创建绿色大米甚至有机大米等品牌,稻米出厂价将会翻番,其经济效益将非常可观。
With the continuous rise of green agriculture, rice-duck farming technology has been accepted and further promoted in the vast rice areas of the country. In this paper, four treatments,(Treatment A: No duck, no pesticide, Treatment B: just ducks, no pesticide, treatment C: no duck, just pesticide, and treatment D ducks+pesticide). Input-output analytical method was used to calculate the relative economic benefits of rice fields in 2017 and 2018 in four different treatment areas at two different prices: rice purchase price and rice ex-factory price. The results showed that there was less investment in the treatment A, and the output value was relatively high. The rice yield and the output value were also high in the C and D treatments. Taking 2017 as an example, the relative economic benefit of the treatment A was 1 518.30 and 1 603.32 yuan per 667 m^2 respectively, and in treatment B, the investment of ducklings and conservation and the output of duck meat was included, but the yield of rice was low, the final relative economic benefits were 1 397.52 and 1 213.17 yuan respectively;In treatment C,there was only pesticide input, and its rice yield was higher, so the final relative economic benefits were 1 677.80 and 1 616.66 yuan respectively;there was a double input of pesticide and duck seedling conservation in treatment D. Although the rice yield was high, there was also the output of duck meat, but relative the economic benefits were 1 461.82 and 1 128.07 yuan respectively. According to our data, though the economic benefits was relatively low in treatment B, if a brand such as green rice and even organic rice was created, its economic benefits are also very considerable.
