摘要
馆藏赠书可根据其收藏者、藏阅标记、赠书系统性、馆藏查重结果来分类。在各类型馆藏赠书中,名人标记型和系统性赠书,以及有特色的普通系统性赠书较馆藏购书具有特殊的附加价值,图书馆应对其进行有效保护并向读者提供便利服务,而只有通过有效的组织管理,图书馆所收赠的文献资料才能被转化为便于利用的文献资源。21世纪前半世纪是我国纸本文献捐赠的繁盛期,也是图书馆建设纸本文献特色馆藏的机遇期,因此,建设名人图书专藏库是顺应当前时代形势的赠书管理方式。名人图书专藏库是局部馆藏建设的一种新模式,建设专藏库有利于保护和利用馆藏赠书的附加价值,消解当前赠书管理所存在的问题,并能为今后留下一批纸书顶峰时代的珍贵特色资源。
The donated books can be classified according to the collectors,the marks of collection and reading,the systematization and the results of duplicate checking.Among all kinds of donated books in the library collection,the marked books and systematic books of celebrities,and the general systematic books with characteristics have special added value compared with the books purchased in the collection.Only through effective organization and management can the literature materials collected by the library be transformed into literature resources that are easy to use.The first half of the 21 st century is a prosperous period of printed document donation in China and an opportunity for libraries to build characteristic printed document collections.Therefore,it is a way of donated book management in line with the situation of the times to build a special collection of celebrity books.The special collection of celebrity books is a new mode of local collection construction.Its construction is conducive to the protection and utilization of the added value of the donated book collection,to eliminate the current problems in the management of donated books,and can leave a number of valuable and characteristic resources in the peak era of printed books for the future.
