Objective To explore the effect of CPAP on pulmonary function and arterial blood gas in patients with severe asthma. Methods Retrospective observation was made on 100 cases of severe bronchial asthma admitted to xiangshui county people's hospital in yancheng city, jiangsu province from January 2017 to December 2018.According to the treatment method, the patients were divided into control group A and study group B,50 cases each.Control group A was given conventional medicine, study group B was given non-invasive ventilator continuous positive pressure ventilation mode interval treatment on the basis of conventional medicine, the treatment cycle was 1 month. The results of pulmonary function and arterial blood gas analysis were compared before and after treatment. Results The total clinical effective rate(92.00%)of study B group was significantly higher than that of control a group(80.00%)(P<0.05);compared with before treatment, the blood oxygen saturation, oxygen partial pressure and FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC of study B group were higher than that of control a group;the blood oxygen partial pressure of study B group was lower than that of control a group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of continuous positive pressure ventilation with non-invasive ventilator on severe asthma patients is significant. It can improve the level of blood gas analysis index, and then improve the lung function of patients. It is worth further promoting.
