摘要
目的探究药物罐疗法对慢阻肺呼吸功能障碍患者护理中的效果分析。方法随机选取2017年7月~2018年7月在我院接受治疗的120例慢阻肺呼吸功能障碍患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组和研究组,每组为60例。予以对照组患者传统拔罐疗法,研究组患者采用药物罐疗法,观察并比较干预前后两组患者的呼吸功能及治疗过程中常见风险种类发生概率。结果干预前两组患者呼吸功能水平无差异,干预后研究组患者的PaCO2低于对照组,同时PaO2、SaO2显著高于对照组,干预后慢阻肺呼吸功能障碍患者呼吸功能表现较对照组患者,改善优势明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者出现喉上神经损伤、呼吸困难以及声音嘶哑等常见风险发生率低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床上,对慢阻肺呼吸功能障碍患者采用药物罐疗法,患者的呼吸功能以及生活质量有效提高,安全性较高,值得进一步推广。
Objective To explore the value of drug cupping therapy in the nursing of patients with COPD.Methods 120 patients with COPD who were treated in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were randomly selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group and the research group had 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given traditional cupping therapy,while patients in the study group were given medication cupping therapy.Respiratory function and the incidence of common risk types were observed and compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results There was no significant difference in respiratory function between the two groups before intervention.After intervention,the PaCO2 of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and PaO2 and SaO2 were significantly higher than the control group.The respiratory function of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary dysfunction after intervention was better than that of the control group.The improvement advantages were obvious,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of common risk of laryngeal nerve injury,dyspnea and hoarseness was lower in the study group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical practice,the use of drug cupping therapy for patients with COPD can effectively improve their respiratory function and quality of life,which is safe and worthy of further promotion.
