摘要
中国医科大学附属第一医院作为临床执业医师资格分阶段考试的首批试点院校,按照国家和大学部署,从2015年开始组织学生参与临床执业医师资格分阶段技能操作考试的试点工作。在组织学生培训、备考过程中,发现存在培训时间难以安排、学生课业压力大、培训教师积极性不高、技能操作练习模型不足等问题。为此,在学生、教师和教学管理等方面采取了一系列的教学改革,取得了令人满意的效果。
As the first batch of pilot medical university for phased national medical licensing examinations, our college began to organize students to participate in the pilot work of the skills operation test in this phased national medical licensing examination for practicing doctors. In the process of organizing the student training preparation, we found that there are problems such as difficulty in scheduling training, stress on students’ academic work, low enthusiasm for training teachers, and insufficient skills and practice exercises. Therefore, we have adopted a series of tea-ching improvement programs in terms of students, teachers and teaching management, and achi-eved satisfied results.
