摘要
听力减退是老年人致残的常见原因,可严重影响老年人的生活质量和社会功能。许多研究发现,听力减退与多种精神疾病的发生、发展有关,已成为精神疾病的研究热点之一。本文将从病理、生理、神经解剖学等方面就听力减退与精神疾病的相关研究及其干预措施进行综述,在精神疾病防治方面具有一定的指导意义并为其提供新的思路。
Hearing impairment is one of the common causes of disability in the elderly,which can seriously affect the quality of life and social function of the elderly.It has been proved by a large number of studies that hearing impairment is related to the occurrence and development of a variety of psychiatric disorders.This article reviews the relationship between hearing impairment and psychiatric disorders from the aspects of pathology,physiology and neuroanatomy,and its intervention measures,so as to provide new strategies and thoughts in the prevention and treatment of psychiatric disorders.
