加拿大高校教师教学发展中心实践及启示——以英属哥伦比亚大学教学与技术发展中心(CTLT)为例 被引量:1

摘要 大学教师专业发展是高等教育教学质量的重要保障。加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学教学与技术发展中心(CTLT)的宗旨就是成为教师专业发展的伙伴。CTLT通过为新教师提供教学指导,助力教师专业发展,以及提供教育技术服务的教学服务体系的构建,来保障自身的有效运行。通过对CTLT运行模式的梳理,我国高校教学发展中心可以从构建以高校办学理念与目标为宗旨的教学发展中心建设目标,从教师需求的视角考察大学教学发展中心的服务质量,充分重视专业团队在教学发展中心建设中的价值与意义等方面加以改进。 The professional development of college teacher is an important guarantee for the teaching quality of higher education.At the university of British Columbia in Canada,the aims of The Centre for Teaching,Learning and Technology(CTLT)is a partner in the professional development of teachers.CTLT is made up of the Centre for Teaching and Academic Growth(TAG)and the Office of Learning Technology(OLT.CTLT)may be ensures the effective operation by constructing the teaching service system for providing teaching guidance for new teachers,the professional development and the first-class service and educational technical assistance.Through carding of CTLT operation mode,the improvement of teaching and learning center on China's higher education is that we should establish proper teaching and learning center objective based on the concept and goal of higher education.From the perspective of teachers’needs,it is very important to fully improve the quality of service and emphasize the value and significance of professional team in constructing teaching development center.
