摘要
以某款拖拉机传动系为研究对象,建立了传动效率的一维仿真分析模型,基于试验数据对仿真模型进行标定,对该传动系在拖拉机常用工作挡的传动效率进行仿真计算。同时对传动系在不同负荷和转速下的传动效率进行仿真,研究了负荷与转速对传动效率的影响。探索了一种全新的基于计算机仿真的传动系传动效率计算方法。
Taking a tractor powertrain as an research object,1D simulation model of transmission efficiency was built.Based on the powertrain’s experiment data,the model was calibrated.Transmission efficiency of tractor powertrain at primary speeds was simulated and calculated.Meanwhile based on the simulation with different loads and speeds,the influence of load and speed on transmission efficiency was researched.A new calculating method for tractor transmission efficiency was explored based on computer simulation.
