摘要
灰板纸生产的原材料主要是国产废纸,废纸纤维构成复杂,填料和杂质含量也比较高,纤维在多次利用之后自身强度会大幅度降低,造纸过程采用四叠网成型,浆料、白水、真空、化学品等系统相对复杂。由于原辅材料、机械结构、工艺布置等原因,生产过程中会出现大量空气气泡,严重影响生产现场的整洁性和产品的质量稳定性。采用改性硅聚醚与改性硅氧烷复配型消泡剂,在灰板纸生产中可以快速有效地对气泡起到抑制产生和消除作用。
the raw materials of grey board paper production are mainly domestic waste paper.The structure of waste paper is complex,and the content of filler and impurity is relatively high.The strength of fiber will be greatly reduced after multiple utilization.In the paper-making process,fourfold net forming is adopted,and the systems of pulp,white water,vacuum and chemicals are relatively complex.Due to raw and auxiliary materials,mechanical structure,process layout and other reasons,there will be a lot of air bubbles in the production process,which will seriously affect the neatness of the production site and the quality stability of the product.The antifoaming agent,which is composed of modified silicon polyether and modified siloxane,can restrain and eliminate the bubbles quickly and effectively in the production of grey board paper.
