摘要
外卖骑手的交通违法行为一直为社会诟病,乃至被称为“马路杀手”。究其原因,在于外卖骑手在外卖场域中受到平台、商家、顾客等多个主体不同程度的时间压迫。平台是时间竞赛的主导者,商家是时间限制的无视者,顾客是有限时间的挤压者。面对多个主体的时间压迫又无能为力时,外卖骑手只能从自身入手,通过交通违法行为来赢得时间。因此,整治外卖骑手交通违法行为,不应只针对骑手个人,而应从平台、商家、顾客等源头入手。
The traffic violations of take-out delivery clerks have been criticized by the society,and they are even regarded as“road killers”.The reason is that take-out delivery clerks are subjected to different degrees of time pressure from the platform,businesses,customers in the take-out field.The platform is the leader of time competition.Businesses are the ignorers of time constraints.Customers are the squeezers of limited time.When facing the time pressure of multiple subjects but being powerless,take-out delivery clerks can only start from themselves and win time through traffic violations.Therefore,to rectify the traffic violations of take-out delivery clerks,we should not only focus on them,but also start from the platform,businesses and customers.
