摘要
课程设置关系到残疾人高等职业教育目标的达成,决定着人才培养的方向,黑龙江省残疾人高等职业教育的发展处于起步阶段,存在课程内容与课程目标吻合度不高、课程内容与教学对象的适切性不足、课程比例落实不到位、人文素养类课程欠缺等问题。究其原因有残疾人高等职业教育发展的保障制度不健全、残疾人职业资格框架体系尚未建立、社会对职业教育认识较片面、“双师型”教师数量不足等方面。据此提出的建议有:采取“以能力为本位”的课程模式、开发适合残疾人高等职业教育的课程、坚持“校企结合”“学做合一”的发展道路、营造“残健互助”的校园文化环境。
Curriculum decisions higher vocational education goals of the disabled.It also decisions direction of the talent training.It is the early stage that higher vocational education of the disabled in Heilongjiang Province.There were some problems in the curriculum,for example,unclear objective,impractical content,unreasonable proportion,lack humanities.There are four reasons for these problems.The guarantee system for the development of higher vocational education for the disabled is not perfect.The framework system of vocational qualification for the disabled has not been established.The social understanding of vocational education is one-sided.The number of"double teacher"teachers is insufficient.So we suggest that we shall take the curriculum pattern of"ability standard".We will develop suitable course for higher vocational education of the disabled.We will also insist on the combination between higher vocational colleges and enterprises,and build campus culture environment.
