摘要
介绍了一种新鲜蔗渣直接蒸煮制浆的方法,它具有明显的优点:可解决因原料短缺,榨季到来新鲜蔗渣不能使用的技术难题,同时可提高细浆利率,减少大量黑液,节省蒸汽消耗。
This paper describes a method for direct cooking and pulping of fresh bagasse.This method has obvious advantages,which can solve the technical problem of fresh bagasse that cannot be used due to the shortage of raw materials.At the same time,it can also increase the fine pulp rate,reduce a large amount of black liquor,and reduce steam consumption.
