介绍山东华泰纸业股份有限公司蓝天铜版纸车间(8~#机)年产70万吨机外涂布纸的质量控制系统,该纸机采用Metso paper IQ SELECT质量控制系统。对整条生产线的产品质量实行全方位的控制,主要包括:定量、水分、灰分、颜色、厚度、施胶量、涂布量和CD、MD方向的控制。
This paper introduces the quality control system of PM 8 in Shandong Huatai Paper’s coated paper factory.PM 8 has an annual output of 700,000 tons of coated paper,and installs Metso paper IQ SELECT quality control system,which controls the product quality of the entire production line,mainly including:basis weight,moisture,color,thickness,sizing amount,coating amount,CD and MD control.
