"新零售"背景下的电商企业渠道决策——基于体验店服务水平与市场需求 被引量:7

摘要 通过构建一个体验店服务水平影响市场需求的电商企业决策模型,考察消费者仅在线上购买和开通网订店取渠道两种模式下的电商企业渠道决策问题.研究发现:当线上销售成本和物流费用处于可行区间时,电商企业开通网订店取渠道将有利可图;当开通网订店取渠道的额外处理成本小于一定的阈值时,开通网订店取渠道模式下的最优体验服务水平和总需求会高于未开通网订店取渠道时的模式;相较于未开通时的模式,电商企业开通网订店取渠道时,适当的额外处理成本增加可以使电商企业获取更多的利润.
