摘要
将木屑用NaClO预处理并进行氨基化改性,制备改性木屑,探讨了直接吸附Cr(Ⅵ)和Cu(Ⅱ)/Cr(Ⅵ)连续吸附及木屑改性前后对Cu(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ)/Cr(Ⅵ)连续吸附的效果,并研究了pH、实际废水等对吸附的影响。结果表明,吸附Cu(Ⅱ)后再吸附Cr(Ⅵ)比直接吸附Cr(Ⅵ)的效果更好。改性木屑对Cu(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ)/Cr(Ⅵ)连续吸附能力比原木屑分别提高78.32%和122.90%。30℃下改性木屑对Cu(Ⅱ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的饱和吸附容量分别为195.70、555.56mg/g,吸附等温线可用Langmuir模型拟合。改性木屑对Cu(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ)/Cr(Ⅵ)的连续吸附过程均符合准二级动力学方程。
The modified sawdust were prepared by pretreatment with NaClO and amination of sawdust.The effects of direct adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ)and continuous adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ)/Cr(Ⅵ),the adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ)and continuous adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ)/Cr(Ⅵ)before and after modification of sawdust were discussed.The effects of pH,real wastewater on the adsorption were studied.The results showed that the effect of continuous adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ)/Cr(Ⅵ)was better than direct adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ).The adsorption capacity of modified sawdust to Cu(Ⅱ)and continuous adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ)/Cr(Ⅵ)was 78.32%and 122.90%higher than that of raw sawdust,respectively.The saturated adsorption capacities of modified sawdust to Cu(Ⅱ)and Cr(Ⅵ)at 30℃were 195.70 and 555.56 mg/g,respectively.The adsorption isotherms could better fit the Langmuir model.The adsorption process of modified sawdust for Cu(Ⅱ)and Cu(Ⅱ)/Cr(Ⅵ)were in accordance with the quasi-second-order reaction kinetic equation.
