摘要
针对1101胶带顺槽机头硐室巷道断面大、施工条件复杂、巷道掘进效率低且施工难度大等技术难题,五里堠煤矿生产技术部通过技术研究,提出应用双向开口快速施工技术。通过实际应用,采用该施工技术提高了巷道掘进煤矸运输效率,机头硐室施工周期缩短了13 d,保证了巷道施工安全,取得了显著的应用成效。
In view of the technical problems such as large section,complex construction conditions,low efficiency and difficult construction of 1101 belt chute head chamber roadway,Production Technology Department of Wulihou Coal Mine proposed to apply the two-way opening rapid construction technology through technical research.Through practical application,the construc-tion technology improved the transportation efficiency of coal gangue in roadway driving,shortened the construction period of head chamber by 13 days,ensured the safety of roadway construction,and achieved remarkable application results.
