摘要
随着机械化采掘技术及装备在煤矿的普及应用,我国煤矿开采效率有效提高,但一些采掘工作面粉尘浓度常超《煤矿安全规程》有关规定,威胁矿井安全生产和从业人员的安全健康。如何有效降低工作面粉尘浓度,对于预防矿井瓦斯、煤尘爆炸事故,改善井下作业环境以及促进矿井安全生产具有重要意义。通过分析了煤矿粉尘产生、扩散的原因,综述了近年来国内外普遍采用的干法和湿法两大类型防尘技术,包括通风除尘、除尘器除尘、煤层注水、喷雾降尘、化学抑尘和泡沫抑尘等,并对防尘技术发展趋势进行了展望,以期对煤矿综合防尘工作提供一定的参考价值。
With the popularization and application of mechanized mining technology in coal mine tunneling,the mining efficiency was improved obviously,but the dust concentration of some mining and tunneling faces often exceeds the relevant provisions of the Safety Regulations in Coal Mine,which threatens the safety production of coal mine and the safety and health of employees.It is of great significance to effectively reduce the dust concentration of working face for the prevention of mine gas and coal dust explosion accidents,the improvement of underground working environment and the promotion of mine safety production.Through analyzing the two major types of dust control technologies,dry and wet methods,such as dust removal by ventilation,dust collector,coal seam water infusion,spraying dust-settling technology,chemical dust suppression and foam dust suppression,and so on,the development trend of dust suppression technology was prospected,which has certain reference value for comprehensive dust prevention work in coal mines.
