石墨烯的Bottom-up法制备技术新进展

New progress in the preparation of graphene by Bottom-up method

摘要 随着石墨烯需求量的不断加大,掌握高效的石墨烯制备方法很有必要。石墨烯的制备方法分为Top-down和Bottom-up两大类,但Top-down法制备石墨烯存在耗时长、产品尺寸小、难以大规模工业化应用等缺陷,迫切需要一种经济有效的技术来合成高质量、大面积的石墨烯。基于这一目的,文中就Bottom-up法制备石墨烯展开讨论,介绍了外延生长法、化学气相沉积法(CVD)法、等离子体增强化学气相沉积合成(PECVD)法和溶剂热法等技术,为石墨烯大规模应用铺路。 With the increasing demand for graphene,it is necessary to master the efficient preparation method of graphene.The preparation methods of graphene can be divided into Top-down method and Bottom-up method.However,there are some defects in the Top-down method,such as time-consuming,small product size,difficulty in large-scale industrial application and so on.Therefore,there is an urgent need for an economic and effective technology to synthesize high-quality graphene.The paper discussed the preparation of graphene by Bottom-up method,and introduced the epitaxial growth method,chemical vapor deposition method(CVD),plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition method(PECVD)and solvothermal method,which provide theoretical basis for large-scale preparation of graphene.
