摘要
综放工作面初采期绝对瓦斯涌出量增加、采空区瓦斯涌出量增大等现象明显,极易导致上隅角瓦斯超限且不易控制,坚硬顶板的运动对采空区瓦斯流场的扰动,进一步加剧了采空区瓦斯瞬间集中涌出的现象及瓦斯涌出的不均衡性。通过实测研究综放工作面初采期瓦斯涌出规律,认为上覆坚硬岩层的大面积垮落是导致采空区瓦斯涌出量波动性较大的直接原因。依据3#煤顶板条件确定了综放工作面初采期顶板水压预裂方案,经过现场试验,水压预裂技术使工作面初采期间顶板能够及时、分层逐次垮落,减小垮落岩块大小,大幅降低顶板垮落对采空区瓦斯流场的扰动,缓解采空区瓦斯向工作面集中涌出,防止上隅角瓦斯超限。
The goaf gas emission increases obviously in the initial mining period of fully mechanized caving face,which is easy to cause the gas in the upper corner to exceed the limit and is not easy to control.At the same time,the disturbance of the movement of the hard roof to the gas flow field in the goaf further aggravates the imbalance of goaf gas emission.Actual measurement of gas emission law in the initial mining period of fully mechanized caving face shows that the large area collapse of overlying hard strata is the direct cause of the large fluctuation of gas emission in goaf.According to the condition of coal seam roof,the roof hydraulic pre-fracturing scheme in the initial mining period of fully mechanized caving face was determined.The field test shows that the hydraulic pre-splitting technology can make the roof caving in time during the initial mining period,reduce the disturbance of roof collapse on the gas flow field in the goaf,alleviate the gas emission from the goaf to the working face,and prevent the upper corner gas from exceeding the limit.
