摘要
传统电弧法电石生产技术存在着“高能耗、高投入、高污染、低产能”等诸多问题,相比之下,氧热法电石生产技术以部分含碳原料燃烧替代电弧供热,可以避免煤发电过程中约60%的能量损耗,显著提高能源利用率。通过介绍国内外氧热法电石的规模化试验情况,围绕国内氧热法电石技术研发,重点介绍了包括高炉氧热法,北京化工大学的气流床反应器、复合床反应器和淤浆鼓泡床反应器以及神雾科技集团在氧热法制电石方向上的研究进展,并指出由于电石生产的超高温环境下物料性质和运动轨迹的复杂性,未来还需要在氧热法电石反应器设计和材料等方面做更多的研究。
There are many problems in the traditional production technology of calcium carbide by arc process,such as high energy consumption,high investment,high pollution,low production capacity,etc.The oxythermal calcium carbide production technology can avoid about 60%energy loss in the process of coal power generation and significantly improve the energy utilization rate.Based on the large-scale test of oxythermal calcium carbide at home and abroad,and the research and development of oxythermal calcium carbide technology at home,the paper mainly introduces the research progress of blast furnace oxythermal method,air flow bed reactor,composite bed reactor and slurry bubble bed reactor,and points out that due to the complexity of the material properties and movement track in the ultra-high temperature environment of calcium carbide production,more research on oxythermal calcium carbide reactor and materials is needed in the future.
