摘要
全球环境利益共同体是人类命运共同体的重要组成部分,构建全球环境利益共同体肩负着完善全球环境治理、维护全球生态安全、担当全球环境治理责任、形成全球环境保护理念等使命。以生态文明和绿色发展理念为思想纽带,全球环境利益共同体的构建遵循生成—传导—分享—反馈等系统运行机制,同时要加强国际环境风险评估、国家间环境合作与要素支持,完善全球环境治理体系,积极推动环境利益共同体融入人类命运共同体。
The global environmental interest community is an important part of the community with a shared future for mankind. It shoulders the mission of improving global environmental governance, maintaining global ecological security, taking on the responsibility of global environmental governance, and forming the concept of global environmental protection. With the concepts of ecological progress and green development, the construction of the global environmental interest community follows the systematic operation mechanism of generation, transmission, sharing and feedback. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen international environmental risk assessment, environmental cooperation and factors support among the countries, improve the global environmental governance system, and actively promote the integration of the environmental interest community into the community with a shared future for mankind.
