摘要
为了确定巴润矿24 m高台阶孔内微差爆破合理起爆点位置组合,在采用常规高台阶爆破参数的条件下,依据毫秒微差爆破机理,利用非线性动力分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对孔内微差爆破不同起爆点的起爆时间顺序组合进行了数值模拟对比,分析得出高台阶炮孔孔内微差起爆应力场规律及孔内微差起爆顺序的组合为下部低端先起爆,上部顶端延期间隔起爆效果最佳。
In order to determine the reasonable starting point combination of the millisecond blasting in the 24 m high step hole of Barun mine,the nonlinear dynamic analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to make the hole according to the millisecond blasting mechanism under the condition of the conventional high step blasting parameters.The numerical simulation and comparison analysis of the time series of different detonation points in the inner differential blasting are carried out.It is concluded that the combination of the differential detonation stress field law and the in-hole differential detonation sequence in the high step blasthole is the lower low-end first detonation,the upper part,the top delay interval has the best detonation effect.
