摘要
目的探讨中药熏药联合场效应仪在慢性盆腔炎患者中的应用效果。方法将我院2017年6月-2018年8月收治的86例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为观察组(n=46)和对照组(n=40)。2组均遵医嘱使用二联抗生素治疗,对照组给予慢性盆腔炎常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加中药熏药和场效应仪干预。比较2组的治疗效果、生活质量评分。结果观察组治疗效果优于对照组(Z=-2.463,P=0.014),生活质量评分优于对照组。结论中药熏药联合场效应仪治疗慢性盆腔炎患者临床效果明显,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of treating chronic pelvic inflammation using traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)fumigation combined with a field effect therapeutic instrument.Methods Totally 86 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation treated in our hospital between June 2017 and August 2018 were randomly divided into an observation group of 46 and a control group of 40.Both groups were treated with two antibiotics,the control group received routine nursing,while the observation group was additionally treated with TCM fumigation and a field effect instrument.The clinical efficacy and life quality were compared between the two groups.Results All the measurement of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with a field effect instrument has obvious clinical effect in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,and is worthy promotion in the clinical practice.
