摘要
“教师”“教材”“教法”作为教育的核心组成,具有“能动性”“灵动性”“互动性”等内在特征。当前,我国高职院校人才培养工作在师资储备、教材开发、教学手段上存在不足。要改变此现状,需立足“三教”改革,以教师改革为核心,教材改进为抓手,教法创新为突破,深入推进高职教育教学改革,推动教学质量新飞跃,从而进一步提高人才培养质量。
As the core of education,“teachers”,Carrying out the reform of“three education”roundly is the crucial way to train high-quality talents in higher vocational education and improve the quality of education and teaching,with the urgency of the Times.“teaching materials”and“teaching methods”have the inherent characteristics of“activity”“flexibility”and“interaction”.The current personnel training work of Higher Vocational Colleges in China have certain deficiencies in the reserves of teachers,the development of teaching materials and teaching methods.Therefore,we should base ourselves on the reform of“three religions”,take the reform of teachers as the first recommendation,the improvement of teaching materials as the grasping hand,and the innovation of teaching methods as the breakthrough.By this way,we will comprehensively deepen the teaching reform of higher vocational education,promote a new leap in teaching quality,and train the“best talents”for the society.
