摘要
目的:探讨中药包热敷配合足底按摩对骨科术后患者胃肠功能的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年12月韶关市中医院骨科收治的住院患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在对照组基础上采用中药包热敷配合足底按摩治疗,比较两组术后临床疗效,记录其术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间,记录腹胀、恶心等症状发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率95.6%(43/45),显著高于对照组73.3%(33/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肠鸣音恢复、首次排气、首次排便时间为(10.82±3.21)h,(24.57±12.19)h,(34.20±12.62)h,明显短于对照组(19.82±4.24)h,(28.81±15.03)h,(46.32±17.50)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腹胀、恶心发生率为7.0%(3/45),9.0%(4/45),明显低于对照组22.2%(10/45),27.0%(12/45)。结论:中药包热敷配合足底按摩能明显促进骨科术后患者胃肠功能恢复,增加患者的舒适感,值得临床推广。
Objective: To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot pack combined with foot massage on gastrointestinal function in patients after orthopedic surgery. Methods: 90 patients admitted to our department of orthopedics from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing methods, and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine package combined with foot massage treatment on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. The recovery time of postoperative bowel sounds, the first anal exhaust time, the first defecation time, and the occurrence of abdominal distension and nausea were recorded. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.6%(43/45), which was significantly higher than that of the control group 73.3% (33/45). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The recovery of bowel sounds in the observation group, the first venting, and the first defecation time were (10.82±3.21) h, ( 24.57±12.19) h, (34.20±12.62) h respectively, which were significantly shorter than those of the control group (19.82±4.24) h, (28.81±15.03) h, (46.32±17.50)h, the di fference was statistically signi ficant (P<0.05);The incidence of bloating and nausea of the observation group was 7.0%(3/45)and 9.0%(4/45), which was significantly lower than that of the control group, 22.2%(10/45)and 27.0%(12/45). Conclusion: Chinese medicine pack hot compress combined with foot massage can significantly promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after orthopedic surgery, and increase the patient's comfort, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
