摘要
为了研究大型油罐罐壁结构的损伤识别,以西岸油罐艺术中心中实际油罐为例,讨论了基于模态曲率差的方法对不同损伤工况的损伤识别效果。通过ANSYS有限元软件建立足尺模型并得到罐壁径向模态振型,计算得到周向模态曲率和轴向模态曲率来识别损伤。研究表明:采用轴向模态曲率能够精确识别单处损伤和多处损伤位置,而且损伤位置越靠近顶部越容易被检测。因此,对于油罐罐壁的损伤程度识别,不能仅仅比较轴向模态曲率值的突变程度,需要结合损伤位置综合考虑。
In order to study damage identification of large oil tank wall structures,an actual oil tank in the West Bank Oil Tank Art Center is taken as an example to discuss damage identification effect of different damage conditions based on the method of modal curvature difference.A full-scale model was established by ANSYS finite element software and the radial mode shape of the tank wall was obtained.The circumferential mode curvature and axial mode curvature were calculated to identify the damage.Studies have shown that the axial modal curvature can accurately identify single damage and multiple damage locations,and the closer the damage location is away from the top,the easier it is to detect.Therefore,for the degree of damage identification of the tank wall,it is not only possible to compare the degree of abrupt change of the axial mode curvature value,and it is necessary to comprehensively consider the damage position.
