摘要
目的探讨连续多次机采2U血小板对献血者的影响。方法120例连续献血>10次的机采血小板献血者,随机分为A组、B组,每组60例。A组机采血小板1U/次,B组机采血小板2U/次。比较两组献血者单采前后血小板计数(PLT)以及首次、10次后外周血象指标[PLT、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(HCT)]。结果A组献血者上次单采前PLT为(271±30)×10^9/L,下次单采前PLT为(269±31)×10^9/L;B组献血者上次单采前PLT为(273±31)×10^9/L,下次单采前PLT为(268±34)×109/L。两组献血者单采前后PLT组内比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组献血者首次与10次后PLT、RBC、Hb、HCT组内及组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论献血者采集血小板前后的血常规改变不明显,根据国家规定的健康体格检查标准,献血者采集血小板前PLT>230×10^9/L,体重>50 kg,连续多次采集2U血小板血常规无显著变化,对献血者健康状况无明显影响。由于献血者人数限制,需要扩大样本量进一步探讨。
Objective To discuss the effects of multiple continuous donation of 2 U platelet pheresis on the blood donors.Methods A total of 120 platelet pheresis donors with continuous blood donation>10 times were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 60 cases in each group.1U/time was collected in group A,and 2U/time in group B.Detection and data analysis were made on a fully automatic blood cell analyzer.The platelet(PLT)level before and after platelet pheresis,peripheral blood picture indexes[PLT,red blood cells(RBC)count,hemoglobin(Hb)and hematocrit(HCT)level]after the first and 10 times of platelet pheresis between the two groups were observed and compared.Results The PLT of blood donors in group A was(271±30)×10^9/L before the last platelet pheresis and(269±31)×10^9/L before the next platelet pheresis;the PLT of blood donors in group B was(273±31)×10^9/L before the last platelet pheresis and(268±34)×10^9/L before the next platelet pheresis.There was no statistically significant difference in PLT level before and after platelet pheresis between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in PLT,RBC,Hb,and HCT levels after the first and 10 times of platelet pheresis within and between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The blood routine changes of blood donors before and after platelet collection are not obvious.According to the national health physical examination standard,the PLT level of blood donors before platelet collection is>230×10^9/L,and the weight is>50 kg.There is no significant difference in blood routine before and after multiple continuous collection of 2U platelets,and there is no significant impact on the health status of blood donors.Due to the limitation of the number of blood donors,the sample size needs to be further explored.
