摘要 随着企业规模的日益扩大,产品种类的与日俱增,以及所需仓库数量的增多,绝大部分物流企业的仓库由于缺乏科学合理的方案设计,出现空间利用率不高的问题,并且传统的仓储管理方法较为落后,完全依靠人工进行管理。本文提出并设计了基于二维码扫描的仓储终端管理系统。此系统硬件由温湿度传感器、ARM核心及外围部分等组成;软件部分主要对二维码管理模块和出库扫码模块两部分进行设计。根据实验结果的对比显示可知,本文设计的基于二维码扫描的仓储终端管理系统在仓储管理上水平较高,扫描出错率较低,与传统系统相比具有较高的实用性。 With the increasing scale of enterprises,the increasing variety of products and the increasing number of warehouses needed,most of the warehouses of logistics enterprises have low space utilization rate due to the lack of scientifi c and reasonable scheme design,and the traditional warehouse management method is relatively backward,which completely relies on manual management.Based on this,a storage terminal management system based on QR code scanning is proposed and designed.The hardware of the system is composed of temperature and humidity sensor design,ARM core and peripheral parts;the software design part mainly designs two parts:two-dimensional code management module and outbound code scanning module.According to the comparison of the experimental results,we can see that the storage terminal management system based on QR code scanning has a higher level of storage management and a lower scanning error rate,which is more practical than the traditional system.
