摘要
目的:分析金荞麦对溃疡性结肠炎的抗炎作用。方法:选取2015年1月—2018年5月收治的120例溃疡性结肠炎患者为观察对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。分别实施常规治疗和使用金荞麦治疗,对比两组抗炎效果。结果:观察组抗炎作用评分高于对照组,不良反应发生率更低,治疗总有效率及满意度更高,P<0.05。结论:金荞麦对溃疡性结肠炎具有抗炎作用,提高治疗有效率,改善预后,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the anti-inflammatory effect of buckwheat on ulcerative colitis.Methods:120 patients with ulcerative colitis who were admitted between January 2015 and May 2018 were enrolled.The selected patients were randomized,and 60 patients in the control group and the observation group were treated with conventional treatment and treatment with golden buckwheat.The anti-inflammatory effects of the two groups of ulcerative colitis were compared.Results:The anti-inflammatory effect scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the adverse reaction rate was lower,and the total effective rate and satisfaction were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buckwheat has no effect on ulcer.Sex colitis has anti-inflammatory effect,improves the patient treatment efficiency,improves the prognosis,is worth popularizing.
