摘要
化学工程一直以来都是促进我国经济发展的一个重要项目,其中化学工艺的存在无疑给化学工程提供了一个巨大的推动力,不仅影响企业的发展,而且为企业的安全提供了一个较大的保障。在化学工作流程中往往存在许多安全方面的隐患,若能将这些隐患很好的解决便能将化学工艺的速度和规模扩建到很大的程度。在化学工艺的生产过程中我们要将危险系数降到最低,让化学做到安全绿色环保的境界。本文深入探讨化学工艺中存在的安全问题,并且根据危险问题提出相应的解决措施。
Chemical engineering has always been an important project to promote China’s economic development.Among them,the existence of chemical technology undoubtedly provides a huge impetus to chemical engineering,which not only affects the development of enterprises,but also provides a greater guarantee for the safety of enterprises.There are many hidden dangers in the chemical work flow.If these hidden dangers can be well solved,the speed and scale of the chemical process can be expanded to a great extent.In the production process of chemical technology,we should reduce the danger coefficient to the lowest level so that chemistry can be safe,green and environmentally friendly.In this paper,the safety problems existing in chemical processes are deeply discussed,and corresponding solutions are proposed according to the dangerous problems.
