摘要
目的 探讨颅内动脉粥样硬化性狭窄程度与缺血性脑卒中复发的相关性.方法 选取2017年2月~2018年9月本院收治的缺血性脑卒中患者80例作为研究对象,按照随访1年内是否缺血性脑卒中复发分为两组,各40例.随访1年,对缺血性脑卒中复发风险高危因素进行单因素及多因素分析Logistic回归分析,同时比较靶动脉狭窄情况与复发危险度评分相关性及靶动脉狭窄情况与复发时间之间的相关性.结果 合并高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症、高同型半胱氨酸血症,以及存在颅内动脉粥样硬化性狭窄为缺血性脑卒中复发的相关及独立危险因素.靶动脉狭窄情况与复发危险度评分之间呈正相关(P<0.05),靶动脉狭窄情况与复发时间之间呈负相关(P<0.05).结论 颅内动脉粥样硬化性狭窄是缺血性脑卒中复发的相关及独立危险因素,且颅内动脉粥样硬化性狭窄,复发几率越高,复发时间越早.
Objective To investigate the correlation between the degree of intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis and the recurrence of ischemic stroke.Methods 80 patients with ischemic stroke admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the study objects,and divided into two groups according to whether ischemic stroke recurred within 1 year of follow-up,with 40 patients in each group.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis was performed for the high risk factors of ischemic stroke recurrence during the 1-year follow-up.Meanwhile,the correlation between target artery stenosis and recurrence risk score and the correlation between target artery stenosis and recurrence time were compared.Results Concomitant hypertension,diabetes melli tus,hyperlipemia,hyperhomocysteinemia,and the presence of intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis were the related and independent risk factors for the recurrence of ischemic stroke.There was a positive correlation between target artery stenosis and recurrence risk score(P<0.05),and a negative correlation between target artery stenosis and recurrence time(P<0.05).Conclusion Intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis is a related and independent risk factor for the recurrence of ischemic stroke,and the higher the recurrence rate of intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis,the earlier the recurrence time.
