摘要
目的 分析比较全层缝合法与分层缝合法对形成剖宫产术后子宫切口瘢痕处憩室的差异.方法 选取2017年1月~2018年12月于我院进行剖宫产术的产妇100例,经等量电脑随机方法分组,每组50例,A组实施全层缝合法(包括子宫内膜),B组实施分层缝合法(不包括子宫内膜),比较两组产妇缝合效果.结果 两组产妇手术时间、术中出血量、术后恶露持续时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间等比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而A组产妇子宫切口瘢痕处憩室形成率明显低于B组,憩室容积明显小于B组,憩室肌层厚度明显厚于B组(P<0.05).结论 与分层缝合法比较,全层缝合法能更有效地控制剖宫产术后子宫切口瘢痕处憩室的形成,可积极促进子宫切口愈合.
Objective To analyze and compare the difference between full-thickness suture and split-thickness suture in the formation of uterine incision scar diverticulum after cesarean section.Methods A total of 100 puerperae who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into two groups by using equivalent computer-generated random method,with 50 cases in each group.Group A was given full-thickness suture method(including endometrium),while group B was given split-thickness suture method(excluding endometrium).The effects of maternal suture were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative lochia duration,anal exhaust time,and hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05),and the formation rate of uterine incision scars diverticulum in group A was significantly lower than that in group B,the diverticulum volume was significantly smaller than that of group B,and the thickness of the diverticulum myometrium was significantly thicker than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the splitthickness suture method,the full-thickness suture method can more effectively control the formation of uterine incision scar diverticulum after cesarean section,and can actively promote the healing of uterine incision.
