摘要
为了提高风电齿轮箱轴承的寿命,消除因轴承寿命过低而导致的风电齿轮箱的失效风险,运用Romax软件对齿轮箱轴承强度及寿命进行分析计算,计算轴承滚动体在不同修形方式下的强度及寿命情况。根据分析计算发现,可以通过改变轴承滚动体修形方式来提高齿轮箱轴承的寿命。
In order to improve the life of the wind power gearbox bearing and eliminate the wind power gearbox failure risk caused by the low bearing life,Romax software was used to analyze the strength and life of gearbox bearing and calculate the strength and life of bearing under different modification method of rollers.According to the analysis and calculation,it is found that the life of gearbox bearing can be improved by changing the modification method of bearing rollers.
