摘要
目的 探究PDCA循环在皮肤科护理管理中的应用效果.方法 纳入医院皮肤科2017年8月—2018年10月间的患者,共100例,计算机筛选后分为对照组和观察组,均有50例,在治疗期间前者接受常规护理,后者采取PDCA循环管理护理,比对护理满意度、并发症、生活质量和瘙痒情况.结果 不良反应发生率[观察组(4.00%)vs.对照组(18.00%)],P<0.05;护理满意度[观察组(98.00%)vs.对照组(80.00%)],P<0.05;观察组各维度的生活质量评分值均显著高于对照组,P<0.05;瘙痒程度评估观察组显著低于对照组,P<0.05.结论 在皮肤科护理管理中采取PDCA循环管理,可改善患处皮肤状况,提升患者的舒适度,提高其生活质量,整体提升护理的水平.
Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle in dermatology nursing management.Methods A total of 100 patients were included in our dermatology department from August 2017 to October 2018.After computer screening,they were divided into control and observation groups,both of which had 50 cases.The former received conventional care during the treatment and the latter Adopt PDCA cycle management nursing to compare nursing satisfaction,adverse reactions,quality of life and itching.Results The incidence of adverse reactions[observation group(4.00%)vs control group(18.00%)],P<0.05;satisfaction with nursing[observation group(98.00%)vs control group(80.00%)],P<0.05;observation The quality of life scores in each dimension of the group were significantly higher than those of the control group,P<0.05;the observation group of itching degree was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Adopting PDCA circulation management in dermatology nursing management can improve the skin condition of affected areas,improve patient comfort,improve their quality of life,and overall improve the level of nursing.
