摘要
目前,国内城市轨道交通车辆闸瓦剩余厚度的检测基本通过检修人员经验目测加钢尺测量的方式进行,存在误判和检测效率低等问题。对此,设计了一种城市轨道交通车辆闸瓦剩余厚度测量装置。这一测量装置主要包括基础装置、带刻度尺的滑动装置,以及紧固螺钉等部件。通过基础装置可以直接判断闸瓦是否需要更换,通过滑动装置可以判断闸瓦是否需要进行进一步测量,拧紧螺钉和刻度尺用于确保测量的精确度。这一测量装置使用方法简便、效率高,具有较高的推广应用价值。
At present,the detection of the remaining thickness of the brake shoe in domestic urban rail transit vehicle is basically carried out by means of maintainer’s experience visual inspection plus steel rule measurement.However,there are problems such as misjudgment and low detection efficiency.In this regard,a measuring device for the remaining thickness of the brake shoe in the urban rail transit vehicle was designed.This measuring device mainly includes a basic device,a sliding device with a scale,and screwing components.The basic device can directly determine whether the brake shoe needs to be replaced.The sliding device can be used to determine whether the brake shoe needs further measurement.The screws and scale are used to ensure the accuracy of the measurement.This measuring device features easy use and high efficient,and has high value for promotion and application.
