摘要
【目的】比较聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材质(PET)网衣网箱与传统聚乙烯网衣网箱在文莱海域养殖卵形鲳鲹的效果,为PET网衣在海岸网箱养殖中推广应用提供参考依据。【方法】在文莱海域,利用传统的聚乙烯网衣和PET编织的硬质网衣进行卵形鲳鲹网箱养殖,150 d后测定在两种材质网衣网箱中养殖卵形鲳鲹的特定生长率、增重率、脏体指数、饵料系数和存活率等形态学指标及肝脏中代谢酶活性指标,同时检测两种材质网衣抗生物附着能力和附着生物的变化状况。【结果】2种材质网衣的抗附着能力存在差异,但PET网衣在水中不论是固着生物还是附着生物均比传统网衣更容易去除;PET网衣能更好地保持箱体的容积率;两种网衣网箱养殖的卵形鲳鲹在形态学指标和肝脏代谢酶活性指标方面,除PET网箱养殖的卵形鲳鲹碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性强于聚乙烯网衣网箱养殖的卵形鲳鲹外,其他指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。【结论】与聚乙烯网衣网箱相比,PET网衣箱体具有容积保持率高、在水流作用下不易变形、能有效防范外来敌害物种对网衣侵咬造成破损及附着生物易于清洗等优点,可在近海和深远海网箱养殖中推广应用。
【Objective】The effect of the cultivation of golden pompano(Tracinotus ovetus) in polyethylene terephthalate(PET) net cages was compared with that in polyethylene net cages in the Brunei sea area. It provides a reference for the popularization and application of PET net clothing in cage culture.【Method】Golden pompano is the target species of this experiment,and were cultured by traditional polyethylene ropes and polyethylene terephthalate(PET) net cages. After 150 days of culture,the specific growth rate,weight gain,viscera index,bait coefficient and survival rate of golden pompano cultured using two types of cage different net materials were detected,as well as metabolic enzyme bioactivity indicators in the liver. Meantime,the resistance of the two net materials to adhesion and the changes of the attached organisms were determined.【Result】The results showed that the anti-adhesion ability of the two materials was different. Both sessile and adherent organisms of PET nets were easier to be removed in water than traditional nets. PET net could better maintain the volume ratio of the box body. There was no significant difference in the morphology and liver metabolic enzyme activity of golden pompano cultured in PET net box,except that alkaline phosphatase was greater than that of polyethylene net culture fish.【Conclusion】Compared with polyethylene mesh cages,the PET mesh cages have the advantages of high volume retention rate,less deformation under the action of water flow,effective prevention of damage caused by invasive alien species and easy cleaning of the attached organisms,the invention can be popularized and applied in offshore and far-reaching coastal cage culture.
