基于进风巷高位钻孔的上隅角瓦斯治理试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对平山矿11009工作面采空区瓦斯浓度较高及上隅角瓦斯超限问题,通过对煤层开采后覆岩“三带”分布和瓦斯流动规律的分析,结合11009工作面煤层为近水平煤层且覆岩破坏范围大的实际情况,在工作面进风巷和回风巷均设计施工了高位钻孔,并通过现场试验检验其瓦斯抽采效果。结果表明:11009工作面进风巷高位钻孔对工作面瓦斯治理有着至关重要作用,抽采浓度最大可达90%,较传统的只在回风巷施工高位钻孔抽采纯量提高了55%,有效降低了上隅角和回风流中的瓦斯浓度,增效明显。 Aiming at the problem of high gas concentration in goaf and gas overrun in upper corner of 11009 working face of Pingshan Coal Mine,through the analysis of Three Zone distribution and gas flow law of overlying rock after coal seam mining,combined with the actual situation of near-level coal seam and large damage range of overlying rock,the design and construction of air inlet roadway and air return roadway are both high.The results showed that the high-level boreholes in the air inlet roadway of 11009 working face play an important role in gas control.The maximum concentration of gas extraction can reach 90%,which is 55%higher than that of the traditional high-level boreholes in the air inlet roadway,and effectively reduces the upper corner and return air.The gas concentration in the flow has obvious synergistic effect.
