摘要
糖尿病肾病是糖尿病最主要的慢性微血管并发症之一,中医药治疗糖尿病肾病具有显著优势。名中医在多年的临床诊治过程中积累了丰富的经验,本文就名中医对糖尿病肾病在病因病机、辨证分型、处方用药等方面的论述进行综述,为糖尿病肾病的新药研发与临床诊疗提供依据。
Diabetic nephropathy is one of the most important chronic micro-vascular complications of diabetes mellitus.TCM has significant advantages in treating diabetic nephropathy.Famous TCM doctors have accumulated rich experience in the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment.This article reviewed the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and prescription medication of diabetic nephropathy,which could provide references for new drug research and development and clinical diagnosis and treatment for diabetic nephropathy.
