多学科协作模式在多重耐药菌医院感染防控中的应用价值分析 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨多学科协作模式在多重耐药菌医院感染防控中的应用价值;方法选2013年9月—2019年9月在我院接受抗菌药物治疗的200例患者,对照组(实施多学科协作模式前)选2013年9月—2016年9月,观察组(实施多学科协作模式后)选2016年10月—2019年9月,各100例,观察实施多学科协作模式前后多重耐药菌医院感染防控情况。结果观察组的多重耐药菌感染发生率、多重耐药菌检出率明显低于对照组。两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在多重耐药菌医院感染防控中实施多学科协作模式,可有效控制院内感染情况。 Objective To evaluate the value of multidisciplinary collaboration model in the prevention and control of multidrugresistant infections in hospitals.Methods From September 2013 to September 2019,200 patients in our hospital were accepted antibiotic therapy.In the control group(before multidisciplinary collaboration model)was selected from September 2013 to September 2016,the observation group(after multidisciplinary collaboration model)was selected from September 2016 to September 2019,100 cases in each group.The prevention and control of multi-drug resistant hospital infections before and after multidisciplinary collaboration model were observed.Results The study group of the incidence of multi-drugresistant infections,multidrug-resistant bacteria detection rate,were significantly lower than the number in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion multidisciplinary collaboration model implementation of prevention and control of multidrug-resistant infections in hospitals,can effectively control nosocomial infection.
