摘要
整车厂内物流运作以零部件的运输为主,作业环节多,操作内容复杂,采用传统的工时定额方法进行内物流工时定额核定存在一定的局限性。文章提出一种以车型零件为基础单元,结合零部件所经各业务流程节点及模块化工时核定标准进行内物流运作工时定额核定的新方法。结合实例进一步阐明应用此方法用于内物流运作工时定额核定、人员需求评估及运作效率改善。
The internal logistics of OEM is almost based on the transportation of parts,which have multiple operation links and complicated operations.There are some limitations by using traditional man-hour ration methods to approve internal logistics of man-hour ration.This paper proposes a new method for man-hour ration verification of internal logistics operation based on the unit of vehicle parts,combined with the business process nodes of parts and modularized standard time verification standard.We use an example to further clarify application of this method for man-hour ration verification of internal logistics,manning calculation and operational efficiency improvement.
