摘要
主要介绍立式加压压榨过滤机的性能特点,结合该设备在草酸钴固液分离的测试,确定了最佳的工艺过程及工艺参数,在洗水温度为室温、洗水量20~25m3·t-1、压榨压力1.2MPa、草酸钴固相厚度25~30mm条件下,实现了固相含水量小于28%、干基氯离子含量小于0.01%,耗水量小于25m3·t-1,单位电耗269kW·h·t-1等指标,表明该设备具有过滤洗涤效果好、生产效率高、过滤成本低、物料质量有保障等特点,更适用于草酸钴的生产。
This paper mainly introduces the performance characteristics of the vertical pressurized filter. Combined with the test of the equipment in the solid-liquid separation of cobalt oxalate, the best process and process parameters are determined. Under the conditions of room temperature of washing water,20~25 m3·t-1 Co of washing water, 25~30 mm of solid phase thickness of cobalt oxalate, the water content of solid phase is less than 28%, the content of chloride ion on dry basis is less than 0.01%, the water consumption is less than 25 m3·t-1 Co, and the unit power consumption is 269 kW·h·t-1 Co. The results show that the equipment has good filtering and washing effect, high production efficiency, low filtering cost,guaranteed material quality, and is more suitable for the production of cobalt oxalate.
