摘要
为强化临床医师权限管理的有效性、及时性,改变原有职能部门独立分管、线下流转的权限管理模式,建立了临床医师一站式权限管理体系。以院内办公系统为入口,与人事数据和业务系统相关联,梳理了人员与权限类别,明确了权限申请流程,实现了高效、精细、可操作的临床权限管理,有效地改善了临床权限管理效率。
In order to strengthen the effectiveness and efficiency of clinician authority management,to change the original authority management mode of functional departments in charge of independent offline circulation,a clinician one-stop management system was established.Taking the office system of the hospital as the entrance and associating with the personnel data and business system,it sorted out the categories of personnel and authority,clarified the application process of authority,realized the efficient,fine and operable clinical authority management,and effectively improved the efficiency of clinical authority management.
