摘要
耳鼻咽喉科的许多手术因为手术时间短、术后复发率小、术后并发症较少、麻醉风险低等都符合日间手术范畴。文章介绍了耳鼻喉科日间手术的运行模式和管理方式,并分析了自2006年开展日间手术以来各项医疗指标。认为,日间手术降低了医疗成本,随着医疗技术水平的进步,日间手术类型也有了较大变化,但也面临顺利康复和减少并发症的挑战,这需要更精准的术前评估及严格的围手术期观察,以及术后随访系统等。
Many operations in the Department of Otolaryngology are in line with the scope of ambulatory surgery because of its short operation time,small postoperative recurrence rate,less postoperative complications,and low risk of anesthesia.This study introduced the operation mode and management mode of otolaryngology ambulatory surgery,and analyzed various medical indicators since ambulatory surgerywascarriedoutin2006 I.twasbelievedthatambulatory surgery had reduced medical costs.With the advancement of medical technology,the type of ambulatory surgery had also changed greatly,but it also faced the challenges of smooth recovery and reduced complications.This requires more accurate preoperative evaluation,strict Perioperative observation and postoperative follow-up system.
