摘要
道清选煤有限公司入洗道清煤矿原煤,因道清煤矿原煤煤质较软,且采煤方式为水力采煤法,对煤炭破碎程度较大,造成原煤中<0.5 mm粒级比例上升,因此精煤产品中<0.5 mm粒级比例随之上升,精煤水分一直居高不下,冬季装车困难,无效运输增多。针对此项问题,道清选煤有限公司经过一年来的努力,从生产技术到管理上进行了一系列大刀阔斧的改革,使精煤水分降低了2个百分点,在技术、经济和管理上取得了良好的效果。
The raw coal treated by Daoqing Coal Preparation Co.Ltd.is a kind of soft coal coming from the Daoqing hydromine.Because of the high degree of size diminution,the raw coal contains a rising proportion of<0.5 mm fine coal,causing,as a result,the corresponding increase of the proportion of<0.5 mm coal in clean coal product.Moreover,as the clean coal product always maintains a high level of moisture,it is difficult to have it outloaded in winter,and the idle transportation of the product is seen to be increased.To address the issue,a series of measures have been adopted for the drastic reform of all the aspects starting from coal cleaning technology down to plant management over a period of one year.Through the renovation work,the moisture of clean coal is reduced by 2%,creating a favorable result in technological,economical and managerial aspects.
