2015年-2018年舟山市食源性疾病住院病例流行特征及病原分布分析 被引量:4

Analysis of the epidemiological characteristics and pathogen distribution of hospitalized food-borne diseases in Zhoushan City,2015-2018

摘要 目的分析舟山市2015年-2018年食源性疾病住院病例的流行特征和病原分布情况。方法收集舟山市哨点医院监测的食源性疾病住院病例,采集病例相关信息并开展病原体检测。结果舟山市2015年-2018年共报告食源性疾病住院病例509例,共采集样本505份,检出病原体33份,总检出率为6.64%。住院病例年龄主要集中于5岁以下,占病例总数的70.53%(359/509);职业分布以幼托儿童和散居儿童为主,占病例总数的76.03%(387/509);住院病例的症状分布以腹泻、发热、呕吐、恶心为主。可疑食物暴露史前三位为水产动物及其制品、乳与乳制品、水果类及其制品,分别占26.76%、22.54%和15.49%;引起食源性疾病的可疑进食场所主要为家庭,占92.25%(262/284)。结论舟山市食源性疾病住院病例主要发生于5岁以下的散居和幼托儿童,引起发病的主要食物为水产动物及其制品,住院病例病原体检出率最高的是沙门菌。 Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and pathogen distribution of hospitalized cases of food-borne diseases in Zhoushan City during 2015-2018.Methods The inpatient cases of food-borne diseases monitored in Zhoushan sentinel hospitals were collected to detect relevant pathogens.Results A total of 509 hospitalized cases of food-borne diseases were reported in Zhoushan City from 2015 to 2018,505 samples were collected and 33 pathogens were detected,with a total detection rate of 6.64%.The age of hospitalized cases was mainly under 5 years old,accounting for 70.53%(359/509)of the total number of cases.The occupational distribution was dominated by preschool children and children living in the diaspora,accounting for 76.03%(387/509)of the total number of cases.The symptoms of the case were mainly diarrhea,fever,vomiting and nausea.The first three prehistoric food exposures were aquatic animals and their products,milk and dairy products,fruits and their products,accounting for 26.76%,22.54%and 15.49%respectively.Families accounted for 92.25%(262/284)of the suspected eating places causing food-borne diseases.Conclusion The hospitalized cases of food-borne diseases in Zhoushan City mainly occur in the children under 5 years old living in the scattered areas and nursery care.The main foods causing the disease are aquatic animals and their products,milk and dairy products,fruits and their products.The highest pathogen detection rate in hospital cases is Salmonella.
