摘要
自新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生以来,武汉多家综合医院积极响应党中央号召,改造病房、定点集中收治感染的危重症患者,形成了独具特色的隔离ICU改造经验。文章通过梳理华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院中法新城院区普通病房改造隔离ICU过程中环境格局优化、仪器设备配置、信息化建设和人力资源管理调配这四个核心问题,分析当前资源与局限,提出具体解决方案和策略,为其他机构紧急情况下建立和改造隔离病房提供了经验和理论依据。
Since the outbreak of COVID-19,many hospitals in Wuhan have been reforming general units to intensive Care Units to isolate infectd critical ill patients.During the process,unique experience has been formed in Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of science and Technology.The paper summarized four key issues:optimizing environment,machines and equipment preparedness,information system construction and human resources management.Through analyzing the current resources and limitations,specific solutions and strategies have been proposed,to provide empirical and theoretical basis for other institutions.
