摘要
目前对于胃肠道间质瘤的临床诊断、鉴别以及术前评估等相关影像学检查方案各具其优势,各项成像技术应用在胃肠道间质瘤的临床诊断和鉴别中相关研究也十分成熟,但关于胃肠道间质瘤危险度分级的临床研究数量相对较少.各类影像技术具有的功能成像方法与参数以及多种成像方式和参数的联合应用在胃肠道间质瘤危险度评估中或成为日后研究的重点及方向,且能谱CT的产生与应用也为胃肠道间质瘤的诊断和分析提供了更多定量信息,现阶段已应用在胃肠道间质瘤患者的诊断和鉴别研究中.
At present,relevant imaging examinations for gastrointestinal stromal tumors,such as clinical diagnosis,differentiation,and preoperative evaluation,have their own advantages.At this stage,the application of various imaging technologies in the clinical diagnosis and differentiation of gastrointestinal stromal tumors is also very mature.However,at this stage,there are relatively few clinical studies on the risk classification of gastrointestinal stromal tumors,and The functional imaging methods and parameters that affect the technology and the combined application of multiple imaging methods and parameters have become the focus and direction of future research in the risk assessment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors,and the generation and application of NEP CT is also The diagnosis and analysis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors provide more quantitative information,which has been applied in the diagnosis and differential research of patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors.
