胰岛素泵短期强化治疗对初诊2型糖尿病患者血糖血脂代谢、胰岛β细胞功能及血清超敏C反应蛋白的影响 被引量:18

摘要 目的:观察胰岛素泵短期强化治疗对初诊2型糖尿病患者血糖血脂代谢、胰岛β细胞功能及血清超敏C反应蛋白的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法分组,对照组采用常规胰岛素皮下注射的方式治疗,观察组采用胰岛素泵短期强化治疗的方式,对疾病进行治疗。结果:观察组治疗后有效率97.4%(38/39)、生活质量(93.6±2.0)分、并发症发生率2.6%(1/39),与对照组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用胰岛素泵短期强化治疗的方式,对初诊2型糖尿病患者进行治疗,可降低血糖及血脂指标,减轻胰岛素抵抗,抑制炎性反应,促使超敏C反应蛋白指标恢复,提升治疗有效率,减少并发症,改善患者的预后。 Objective:To observe the effects of short-term intensive treatment with insulin pump on blood glucose and lipid metabolism,isletβ-cell function and serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients.Methods:Grouped by random number table,the control group was treated with conventional insulin subcutaneous injection,and the observation group was treated with short-term intensive treatment with insulin pump to treat the disease.Results:After treatment,the effective rate was 97.4%(38/39),quality of life(93.6±2.0)points,and the incidence of complications was 2.6%(1/39).Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of short-term intensive treatment with insulin pump to treat newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients can reduce blood glucose and blood lipid indexes,reduce insulin resistance,inhibit inflammatory reactions,promote the recovery of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein indexes,and improve the treatment efficiency,reduce complications and improve patient prognosis.
