摘要
目的:分析探讨门诊急诊临床生化检验中肝素锂抗凝血技术应用的价值。方法:选取2018年3月~2019年3月在本院开展生化检验的74例患者作为研究对象,通过抽签将其平均分为两组,对照组患者37例采用常规血清技术检验,试验组患者37例采用肝素锂抗凝血技术检验,对比两组患者各生化指标检测结果。结果:试验组患者的Na、K和Li浓度分别为(145.25±3.74)mmol/L、(4.22±0.38)mmol/L和(1.18±0.34)IU/mL,对照组患者的Na、K和Li浓度分别为(122.67±3.85)mmol/L、(5.69±0.49)mmol/L和(0.78±0.21)IU/mL,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其他生化指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:除去Na、K和Li三项指标外,肝素锂凝血技术检验结果与常规血清技术检验结果基本一致,因此在门诊急诊生化检验中可以采用肝素锂凝血技术对患者的各项生化指标进行快速检验,提高检验效率。
Objective:To analyze and explore the value of lithium heparin anticoagulation technology in outpatient and emergency clinical biochemical tests.Methods:A total of 74 patients who underwent biochemical tests in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by drawing lots.37 patients in the control group were tested by conventional serum technology and patients in the test group.Thirty-seven patients were tested with lithium heparin anticoagulation technology,and the results of biochemical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:The concentrations of Na,K and Li in the test group were(145.25±3.74)mmol/L,(4.22±0.38)mmol/L and(1.18±0.34)IU/mL,and the Na,K and Li in the control group were The concentrations were(122.67±3.85)mmol/L,(5.69±0.49)mmol/L and(0.78±0.21)IU/mL,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in other biochemical indicators(P>0.05).Conclusion:Except for the three indicators Na,K and Li,the results of the lithium heparin coagulation technique test are basically the same as those of the conventional serum technique.Therefore,lithium heparin coagulation technique can be used to quickly perform the biochemical indexes of patients in the outpatient emergency biochemical test Inspection to improve inspection efficiency.
